Tim built a screened porch addition for me with an additional lower level deck.

The lower deck was built to support a hot tub. The entire project was built out of IPE which is an exotic hardwood from South America. The nature of the material made for very difficult construction. The project was completed on time and spot on the original estimate. Throughout the process Tim made sure everything was absolutely perfect, and even added details that we did not discuss in the original bid.
